The Simplex soft hammer of the series 3013 has the insert combination TPE soft / TPE-mid. Both inserts are thermoplastic elastomers and leave no paint abrasion, no unwanted black abrasion is left compared to the conventional rubber mallet. The blue TPE soft insert (series 3201) is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series, highly damping and therefore suitable for sensitive work. The medium-hard, grey TPE mid insert (series 3203) allows for a higher impact force, comparable to the insert rubber composition (series 3202). The malleable cast iron housing has an integrated handle protection sleeve, which ensures high resistance to breakage. The high-quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double lacquered in the handle area and therefore dirt-resistant. According to the clever Simplex principle, all components are interchangeable and retrofitable. This not only protects the wallet, but also resources. This design is available from sizes D30 mm to D80 mm. The design D80 mm is also available with an extra short handle (item 3013.082).
