Engineered for performance, Zurn’s AquaVantage® AV ZEMS Exposed Hardwired Sensor Diaphragm Flush Valves provide consistent and reliable motorized operation. This hands-free application features a contemporary, streamlined design while providing high-level performance, unsurpassed water conservation, and long-lasting savings. Each flushometer in this series contains a quiet triple-filter diaphragm to prevent water contaminants from clogging the application and our Go Blue® thermoplastic elastomer material that is proven to last 10 times longer than standard material. It also features chemical-resistant gaskets and seals for an extended lifespan with lower maintenance costs, an 11-1/2” rough-in, and a ¾” top spud. The ZEMS6003AV-ULF-MOB has a 0.125 gpf flush volume, a manual override button that provides a full flush, and an in-wall sensor powered by low-voltage hardwiring for a reliable power supply to keep the application running without power-related issues. It's a perfect performing, water-saving application for any commercial retrofit or new construction project.
